This option will automate the filling cycle based on a desired target weight. It will control any conveying device or flow control valve that feeds the material to the filling station. After the initial setup, all the operator has to do is input the target weight on the HMI and initiate the cycle. The controller takes over control of the station and ancillary equipment until the desired weight is reached. What could be more simple?
