These machines are built to withstand the rigors of everyday operations in a plant setting.  The PalletMax System is constructed from structural tubing and channel.  The PalletMAX can handle several different pallet sizes on one machine with only minor adjustments.  The pneumatic scissor lift stack lifting table is a key component in our pallet stacking equipment.  The scissor lift is a simple design and is also low maintenance, making it a great feature on these systems.  The automatic pallet squaring dog design insures that each pallet being dispensed is straight when coming off the stack.  The PalletMAX pallet dispenser can stack and dispense pallets on the same machine.  Our systems are PLC controlled and come with a touch screen operator interface.  The system can be stand alone or integrated into existing lines or systems using Ethernet communications or hard wiring.
