The weigh scale option includes an indicator and load cell kit designed for filling product up to 2,204 pounds (1,000kg). This option incorporates four 4,000 lb. load cells with integral leveling pads under the fill station.  The digital weight indicator provides a local display of the weight on the scale.

The weigh scale is integral to the base frame to permit movement of the entire system with a forklift.

The product valve option adds a roller gate valve that works with the AutoFill Cycle (AF) to control the flow of material into the bulk bag.  The valve has three positions, fully open, fully closed, and dribble feed to allow quick and accurate fill cycles.

The ValuMAX® fixed hooks option adds the ability to hang the bags from a hook assembly but not release them pneumatically.  This is ideal for hanging bulk bags with less than a 10" long hanging strap.  The hook position on the support arm is adjustable for different width bags.

The pneumatic bag inflation blower option includes a venturi-type pneumatic air amplifier and pneumatic isolation valve. It takes high pressure, low volume air and produces low pressure, high volume air that can be used to inflate the bulk bag or liner.  Inflating the bag with air fully opens the bulk bag and bag liner for filling.  This will ensure that the full volume of the bulk bag can be used.

The bag inflation option for the ValuMAX® includes an electric blower to inflate the bulk bag or liner.  Inflating the bag with air fully opens the bulk bag and bag liner for filling.  This will ensure that the full volume of the bulk bag can be used.  This option also includes the 3 port, 2-position isolation valve described above.
